About the Role:
In this work-from-home contractor position, you'll be the first line of support for our valued customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional service and closing inbound sales orders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls.
- Engage with customers, actively listen to their needs, and offer expert advice.
- Handle and conduct phone duties efficiently and professionally, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and address objections following established guidelines.
- Multitask effectively and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and socially adept personality.
- Schedule flexibility to work remotely.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Professional and courteous phone demeanor.
- Fluency in English is required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Customer-centric mindset with 2-3 years of experience in a medium to high-volume call center environment (preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Desktop or Laptop with:
- Processor: i3, 5th Gen or newer
- Operating System: Windows 11 or higher
- RAM: 4GB or higher (8GB RAM or higher is preferred)
