Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage the recruitment budget and resources effectively.
- Create and promote strategies for successful contractor retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
